At the turn of 2016, we refreshed Shazam's corporate typeface; shifting from bulkier Nexa to Lineto's unmistakeable 'LL Circular'.
As part of the switch, we crafted a detailed typographic guide, highlighting key technical specifications; all wrapped in a colourful, friendly brand book, typical of Shazam’s approachable tone-of-voice.
Circular, as the names suggests, ties wonderfully with the rounded, fun & approachable Shazam brand identity. It has a certain universal appeal which matches our visual style.
Its application across our media touchpoints was effortless - used on social platforms, franchise identities, TV commercials, publications, merch and more.
